Recruiter Module The back-end tools at the heart of Redmatch Staffing simplify recruiters’ lives by providing a single desktop for all of their recruiting needs. When they come in each day, Redmatch Recruiter will have already pulled out the relevant job applicants for each of their positions and placed them on their desktops. Similar to a mail inbox, the new candidates will be highlighted in bold until they view them, and new relevant candidates will continue to flow in as they apply. Besides applicants from your web site you will also see potential passive job seekers from your own candidate database aswell as candidates that may have applied to the job aplication via other jobsites. This may include candidates who have recently applied for other jobs through your staffing company, candidates who have applied in the past, and even candidates who your company has already placed in jobs. The source of each candidate will be clearly indicated for you.
Based on the skills you have defined for each position, candidates will be graded (50% match all the way up to 100% match). You can drill down into each candidate to see the reason behind the grade – for example, the person may have three out of four desired skills, thus ranking 75%. Redmatch Staffing also provides specific tools for job candidates via a private account that each candidate can receive on your system. They can log into Redmatch Staffing via the web, and manage their profiles within your database, updating their resumes, adding skills, educational or job experience, and other key details to their profile, enhancing their marketability.
Once logged in, the option exists for candidates to view a list of positions for which they are qualified, and the hiring stage for each. For example, they can see if a recruiter has submitted their resume for review, and if the employer is interested. They can also see if any interviews have been scheduled.
