Hiring Manager Module
The back-end tools at the heart of Redmatch Recruiter simplify your life by providing a single desktop for all your recruiting needs. When you come in each day, Redmatch Recruiter software will have already pulled out the relevant job applicants for each position and placed them on your Recruiter desktop. Similar to a mail inbox, the new candidates will be highlighted in bold until you view them, and new relevant candidates will continue to flow in as they apply.

Based on the skills you defined for each position, candidates will be graded (50% match all the way up to 100% match). You can drill down into each candidate to see the reason behind the grade – for example, the person may have three out of four desired skills, thus ranking 75%. Candidates can also be screened and qualified based on qualifying and "knock out" questions.
